Top: Thousands of Maple Ridge residents bring their families out to Memorial Peace Park for the annual Remembrance Day ceremony. The event is organized by Legion Branch #88. The 2018 celebration saw a beautiful sunny day for this solemn event. The crowds continue to grow bigger each year. Middle: TheMaple Ridge Community Foundation gets together in November to give out thousands of dollars to local charity organizations doing great work in the community. This year’s event was held in the lobby of TheACTArts Centre under the giant Christmas tree. A reminder about the value of holiday giving to those in need. Bottom: The annual Santa Claus Parade and Christmas in the Park celebration brings thousands of families into the downtown to see the beautiful red bell decorations on 224 Street and enjoy a variety of great events.
