PREVAMATT CONSOLE FOAM THERAPEUTIC SUPPORT SURFACE The PrevaMatt Console features double layered open cell foam with a viscoelastic memory foam top layer and high density foam base. Hex Diamond cuts in the top layer incorporate Surface Modification Technology (SMT™) which produces alterations in pattern, size of pattern, spacing between patterns and depth of cut to protect high risk areas. This results in zoned pressure redistribution with improved air circulation and maximized comfort. PrevaMatt Console Incorporates a sloped heel section to redistribute pressure in the delicate heel and lower leg area. A 4” foam firm perimeter provides added stability during resident transfer and helps resident safety by reducing risk of entrapment between mattress and rails. Strategically located cuts in mattress base promote easier flexing during bed frame articulation which reduces wear and tear on mattress/cover and prolongs mattress life. The easy to clean cover comes standard in two way stretch material for optimum comfort & pressure redistribution. Available with optional Raised Perimeter. Designed for Prevention to Stage 1 use. Meets Canadian flame and fire retardant standards.
