FITNESS AT HUBER PARK Stay fit this summer! Get a good workout and spend time outdoors with Dance Jam, Mix It Up and Yoga Flow! Classes will be taught by certified instructors and are free to the community! No pre-registration required. Ages 12 and up are welcome to participate in classes; 12 and 13 year olds must be accompanied by an adult. Classes subject to cancellation depending on weather. Class numbers will be limited, per CDC guidelines.

DANCE JAM This is a dance fitness class with lots of energy and fun! Burn calories and dance to various types of music. No dance experience necessary. Please bring your own water and sunscreen/bug spray as needed. Huber Park Amphitheater, 150 Fillmore St. Day Dates Time

MIX IT UP Every class will be different to keep your mind interested and your body challenged. Get the best of both worlds and work your entire body, heart and lungs with a combination of cardio and strength. YOGA FLOW This class will incorporate vinyasa style yoga, linking foundational postures to breath in order to develop a deep mind- body connection. There will also be a focus on increased strength, balance and flexibility. Please bring your own mat or towel, water and sunscreen/bug spray as needed. VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING The Community Center is excited to offer one-on-one and small group virtual training to help you achieve your goals. Certified personal trainers will design a safe and effective program, individualized to each client’s needs, abilities and goals. Personal training sessions are 55 minutes. Consult with your physician prior to beginning any new exercise program. His areas of interest include sports-specific training, youth athletes and weight loss. Marya J. has been teaching and training in the Shakopee area for 18 years. Her areas of interest include weight loss, toning, flexibility, injury rehab and mind-body practices. Trixie A. has been involved in fitness for the last 14 years and is a NASM-certified personal trainer.
