b. Immediate family guest if member is not in residence

i. An immediate family guest residing in the home of a member is entitled to a thirty day (30) annual “unaccompanied privilege. ii. A member is permitted to authorize the immediate family guest to have a guest under the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied:  The family guest must have sufficient eligible time remaining in his/her thirty day (30) annual “unaccompanied exemption.  The time spent by the guest of the family guest would be applied against the family guest’s thirty day (30) annual exemption.  The member must, in writing, request and authorize the outside guest’s stay. If the request does not exceed the remainder of available time times, a pass would be prepared and subsequently issued upon that guest’s arrival.  No such outside guest would be permitted during the holiday periods when the facilities are fully utilized.

c. House Guests

A houseguest (other than a family guest) may use the recreational facilities, subject to the pertinent guest rules, a maximum of fifteen (15) days per year.

d. Outside Guests

An outside guest may use the recreational facilities a maximum of fifteen (15) days per year and must always be accompanied by a member.

3. Prohibition

GUESTS MAY NOT BRING GUESTS All guests are prohibited from inviting or bringing third parties to any Frenchman’s Creek Beach & Country Club facility.

4. Guest Registration Procedure

a. The member at the Administration Office must register all guests. Guest passes will be issued indicating the guest’s name, his/her relationship to the member and the time period for which the pass is valid. b. Unaccompanied guests must present their passes upon arrival at the Beach Club or Fitness Center. Access to these facilities may be denied without a guest pass.
