Dear Golf Members,

The 2014-2015 Golf Season is upon us and we are excited to build on the success of last year’s programs. The Golf Professional staff has developed a full schedule of golfing activities that will cater to golfers of all experience levels. This manual is designed to familiarize you with all that will be available to you this season. We hope that the calendar of events that follows will be helpful in organizing your golf schedule for the upcoming season. Once again, we have tried to put together a great mix of competitive and fun events for your enjoyment. Our Member-Guest and Charity events promise be the biggest highlights for this year. Weekly Ladies and Men’s events will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday respectively. This upcoming season, the teaching program at Frenchman’s Creek Beach & Country Club will include a wide variety of specialty clinics to compliment the current teaching staff and their philosophy on golf. A collective effort has been made by the professional staff to ensure the highest quality of instruction for all members and their guests. The South golf course is coming along on schedule and looking fantastic. We will be sending out information in the near future about opening day and the Short Practice area. The North course has also had an entire summer of maintenance and is looking great. The Professional Staff would like for all of our members and guests to promote and utilize the 90 degree rule as much as possible to help maintain the highest level of playing conditions possible for the upcoming season. A regularly scheduled program of maintenance is in place for each golf course to ensure the best possible playing conditions during the season. We encourage members and their guests to adhere to the course care guidelines outlined in this manual. The Golf Shop will again be stocked with an abundance of the latest Men’s and Ladies clothing lines. Thanks to member feedback, several new lines and styles have been added. We continue to offer the latest technology available in the golf equipment market, and the addition of the Professional Instructors & Programs for the upcoming season will greatly aid the staff in helping members to become better players. After a several successful seasons, the Caddie Program will be even more dynamic for the 2014-2015 Season. Caddies will be available on a daily basis as a Forecaddie or Walking Caddie per your request. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of service to our members and their guests. Our goal is to create a uniquely enjoyable experience for all. We are happy to welcome back most of the staff from last season. There will be several new faces added to the outside services area. Please allow the staff to introduce themselves, as it will likely help them acclimate more quickly to the Frenchman’s Creek Community and our philosophy.
