Hartpury College Prospectus

A world of experience | A-level students have opportunities to go on a range of different study trips. Recently, A-level geography students went to Iceland, where they visited glaciers and experienced the beauty of the Northern Lights.

Steffan Gibbon | Steffan, who was part of the Under-18s rugby team that won the AASE Colleges Championship for the seventh year in a row and starred for Gloucester Rugby Under-18s, will be going to world-leading financial firm, Deloitte, to complete an apprenticeship after achieving the results he needed. He said: “I’m really pleased that I got in and it wouldn’t have been possible without the help of my teachers here at Hartpury.”

Wonders on the water | Five A-level students on Hartpury’s rowing programme were part of the crews that won an incredible six national titles in 2016, including Henley Royal Regatta!

Coco’ Cheuk Leung, Hong Kong | “Completing the pre-veterinary

enrichment activity gave me opportunities to work with the variety of animals on the campus, attend lectures related to animal management, dissect animals and gain an insight into how veterinary nursing runs. I was delighted to be offered a place at Edinburgh University to read Veterinary Medicine after achieving an A* and three As in my A-levels at Hartpury. I can’t wait to pursue my dream of becoming a vet.”
