Hartpury College Prospectus

Hartpury is the number one specialist sports college in the UK. Millions of pounds have been invested to ensure students access the best training and teaching resources available. Hartpury was one of the first colleges in the South West to be awarded Sports Leader UK Leadership Academy status, in recognition of the excellent standards of delivery of the Sports Leaders UK awards and qualifications. These awards, in conjunction with diploma courses at Hartpury, provide coaching pathways that offer benefits for students and the local community through volunteer work. Our 10 sports academies are hugely successful - our college rugby and football teams won 11 league and cup titles between them in 2015-16 and our rowers won six national titles! We’ve also produced more than 150 sporting internationals in the last 10 years, with five former Hartpury students in action at Rugby World Cup 2015 and Rio 2016 producing Hartpury’s first Olympic medallists! The college was also an official ‘Team Base’ for the 2015 Rugby World Cup for the USA and Scotland international teams.
