Open days We hold open days throughout the year. These are a great way of visiting the campus and finding out more about a course you are interested in by talking to the tutors and students. You can get information about transport, finance and student support. Check the Hartpury College website for dates. Complete an application form We would encourage you to apply as early as possible although we take applications right up to enrolment (subject to course availability). You can complete an online application form at www.hartpury.ac.uk/college-apply or use the form at the back of this prospectus. If you have any questions about applying or the form itself, please contact our admissions team using the details below. Get ready to start During the summer before you start at Hartpury we will send you details about joining instructions, which includes information about induction and enrolment. There will be various forms you need to complete and send back to us before you start in September. So what happens next? Once we receive your application we will write and invite you to attend an interview and assessment with a member of staff from your chosen course. The interview is an opportunity to discuss the course content, ask any questions you may have and go on a tour of the campus. If you are successful at interview, we will send you written confirmation of your offer on the course - subject to you achieving the required GCSE grades. Accommodation and transport details will be sent with this letter if you requested this. You cannot apply for transport or accommodation unless you have been offered a place.
