E NABLING C HANGE T RACKING  D ISCUSSION

If a document is reviewed, revised, or edited by you or others, use revision marks to track changes made by the various reviewers. The Track Changes feature uses various formats to display the changes made to a document, and each reviewer’s changes appear in a different color.

Hide the revision marks in a document so that you do not see them on the screen or in the printed document. Although the marks are hidden, they are still stored in the document and you can view or print them at any time.

Enable Change Tracking

P ROCEDURES 1. Select the Review tab on the Ribbon .

2. Select the top part of the Track Changes button

in the Tracking group.
