Pedelecs with suspension travel of up to 120 mm may be used on public roads and moderate terrain, such as country roads, trails and cross- country courses, if they are properly equipped in accordance with national regulations. You can ride over small obstacles like roots, stones or steps. You should always wear the appropriate safety equipment (eg. a suitable helmet and cy- cling gloves).
