CIRCUIT COURT RULES.

The Council suggests to members that until a decision as to the validity of the' rule is given, it would be advisable, in default cases, to apply to the Circuit Court Judge for judgment on notice to the defendant. A Half-yearly General Meeting of the Society will be held in the Solicitors' Build– ings, Four Courts, Dublin, on Thursday, the 12th day of May, 1932, at half-past two o'clock p.m. . .
