As the director ofSpecial Projects I was responsible for facilitating the success of the Giving Tree and Spring Fest. Each Christmas the Giving Tree provides an opportunity for the entire USD campus to come to– gether for a wonderful purpose to give to those less fortunate than us. This year the Giving Tree program was a huge sucess and USD was able to he1p many people. The success of the Giving Tree showed what a difference USD can make. Another event that I coordinated this year was the Spring Fest. This was another school-wide function that included everyone and everything. Many classes and organizations par– ticipated in this fun filled day. There's nothing like fun in the sun at the USD Spring Fest. A.S. As secretaries they are responsible for communi– cation among other A.S. members as well as out– side resources . Their happy, happy, joy joy faces are the first to greet you when you enter the A.S. Executive Office. The secretaries also record minutes for the Senate and Student Issues Board meetings. Their jobs were many and their smiles were great.
