SoftWall cleanrooms are the most versatile of all modular clean- room constructions. Meeting ISO Class 8 to ISO Class 5 require- ments, these enclosures are ideal for any setting. The lightweight extruded aluminum frame allows for fast and easy assembly, and clear vinyl allows for full visibility around the entire room. The modular nature of construction means that these units are cus- tomizable at any point in time. Motorized HEPA filters which are 99.99% efficient on particles of 0.3μm or larger sit atop the unit introducing clean air into the room, while cleanroom light fixtures provide a lighted space suitable for any application. A 4' wide vinyl strip door with strips alternating clear/frosted provides a clear path for entry and exit. The SoftWall cleanroom is ideal for truncated production timelines, tight manufacturing spaces, and operations with the need for constant flexibility. SoftWall cleanrooms 12' x 12' and under can even have casters added to the support legs for increased flexibility within the space. Our SoftWall cleanrooms are constructed of durable, powder coated white aluminum extrusion which comprises 3"x3" support legs, and an extruded T-grid system. Easy locking hardware creates an ideal construction scenario allowing for quick assembly. Closed-cell foam gasket is provided for the T-grid to create a secure seal. The clear, vinyl curtains are .040mil thick, while the alternating clear and frosted strips are .060mil thick. These curtains and strips are shipped with a preinstalled J-hook so that they may be hung from a J-Track that comes pre-mounted to the frame of the SoftWall cleanroom allowing for easy installation. Cleanroom Specifications: The SoftWall cleanroom system includes the powder coated white alu- minum structural frame, motorized HEPA filter modules that are 99.99% efficient at 0.3μm or larger, Class 100 T-8 fluorescent cleanroom light fixtures at 3500K, vinyl coated cleanroom ceiling tiles, .040mil solid vinyl curtain, and .060 alternating clear/frosted strip curtains.
