BODY FAT TESTING Eligibility: Ages 16 and over Location Christiansburg Recreation Center – Classroom 1 Fee: $5 – Pay at the class (correct change or check) Additional Information: Come and learn how much of your body weight is body fat. Testing is private and results are confidential. Wear loose comfortable clothes (preferably shorts and t-shirt). They are in two different botanical families. Yams are actually related to grasses and lilies. Join us for a free sample of sweet potato fries, along with fun facts and nutritional information about sweet potatoes. Learn the proper way to display and honor the flag and how to properly dispose of a flag. If you have old flags that you would like to dispose of, please bring them to this event. View the 9/11 Memorial Sculpture made from pieces of the World Trade Center steel, honoring the lives of those lost on 9/11.
