This course is designed to help you acquire the skills you will need to effectively respond in an emergency situation. Sudden cardiac arrest is a leading cause of death in the US. CPR helps to provide critical blood flow to the brain until professional help arrives. You will learn Adult CPR, how to use a defibrillator, how to respond to choking victims and basic first aid. Cooking breakfast in the Instant Pot will free you to get ready for work or pack lunches while breakfast is cooked unattended. Feel free to bring your own Instant pot for hands-on instruction.
