RECREATION CENTER REFUND POLICY Partial refunds will not be issued for classes or programs unless the instructor is unable to complete the class. In case of cancelled classes due to inclement weather, partial refunds will not be issued if at least 80% of the scheduled class has met. When possible, a cancelled class or activity will be rescheduled.
