Polysilicon Production Electric inline circulation heaters are perfectly designed for process heating and essential to polysilicon production. Custom designed to man- age high pressures, temperatures, and corrosion, circulation heaters provide pre-heat and super- heat for many process materials, from STC and TCS to hydrogen, ammonia, and dopant gases.

Process Heating Using specialty heat-transfer fluids, vaporizers provide heat for the most corrosive and difficult applications, from silane-based raw materials to ammonia for cell processing.

Laminators Hot oil heat transfer systems provide direct or indirect heat for most lamination applications. Due to tempera- ture, pressures, and corrosion, band and strip heaters are often a most effective indirect heating source and produce cost savings.

Direct Chamber Heating Designed to fit any vessel, oven, or custom equipment, Chromalox immersion heaters can be used to

pre-heat and maintain the temperatures of deposition chambers.

Indirect Chamber Heating Due to temperatures, pressure, and corrosion, indirect heating methods using band and strip heaters are often most effective for pre-heating deposition chambers. Hot oil heat transfer systems are perfect for high-temperature indirect heating of ovens and chambers up to 750ºF (400ºC).

Process Transfer Lines Electric heat trace is essential to polysilicon production, from providing typical pipe freeze protection to temperature maintenance in trans- fer lines of temperature-sensitive materials.

Component Heaters Component heaters can be used by themselves and they can be integrated into more complex heating systems providing a complete thermal solution for your heating requirements. Shape and size most often are the determining factor in most heater applications. Chromalox carries the widest selection of standard component heaters in many shapes, sizes, and wattages.

Heat Trace and Controls Heat trace is used to counteract the heat loss from process equipment and piping through its insulation, to prevent solution precipitation and the increase of viscosity or solidification of product, and to provide freeze protection. Chromalox offers a variety of heat trace cable; temperature control, monitoring, and management in one, modular package; and all of the necessary components needed to complete the installation, including splices, power connection boxes, and water-resistant end-seal terminations.

Tank Heaters Specially designed to fit high-temperature and corro- sive applications. Chromalox offers multiple products for large stationary, small portable, and underground tanks for just about any material and location.
