The recent Wire & Cable India exhibition was no different and was well attended. The team was able to meet with clients from the Indian subcontinent and the Middle East. Chairman of the board Leoni AG’s supervisory board has appointed Dieter Bellé to succeed Dr Klaus Probst, the incumbent chairman of the management board. Mr Bellé, who has previously held positions as chief financial officer and labour director, will assume the office of chairman from 7 th May 2015. In his existing function as chief financial officer, Mr Bellé has been responsible for finance, controlling, information technology and human resources departments. He will perform the duties of management board chairman in addition to his existing function as chief financial officer for a term of office that will expire on 31 st December 2019.
