Women's Tennis

The team had a pre-season ranking of 30th, due to the key wins in the past and the wins against USC, Northwestern, and San Diego State. With the season evening out in wins and losses, the Women's tenni s team seemed to be led more by severaI prominent individuals. The most talked about player had to be Sophomore Zu zana Lesenarova from the Czech Repu bli c, earning NCAA All-American Honors and ran king among the top players in the county. Key players Senior Capta in Steffi Hesse, Jun ior MIiie Prior, and Freshman Anja Tragardh also led in victories.
