Hummus Dip You will need

1 can of chickpeas 2 to 4 tbsp of water 2 tbsp of olive oil 1 tbsp lemon juice

1 garlic glove ¾ tsp cumin ¼ tsp salt Add the chickpeas, water, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and salt to a food processor then blend. Chop up some carrots and celery. Have a dip!
