TU Official Apprentice Standard – Timeline

Jan 2019 - email consultation with trailblazer group on draft occupational profile and duties

24th Jan - subgroup meeting to draft measuring performance criteria and to consider time needed for training

25th January - trailblazer meeting to sign off stage 1 submission of profile, duties and measures - this needs to be completed at this meeting to be ready for the deadline.

20 Feb - deadline for stage 1 submission

This puts in the middle of the first line of the following flowchart.

5th March - trailblazer meeting at Ruskin to map out knowledge, skills and attributes as part of developing the Occupational Standard

March onwards - sub-group to finalise draft occupational standard. We need to identify a target submission date for this.

The intention is to have completed all 3 stages by the end of September to allow time to plan for putting training and assessment in place in time for a start date of January 2020.
