Trademark Prosecution (total, including amendments and interviews but not appeals) was also usually billed hourly (74.7%), while Responding to a UDRP Petition was billed hourly by 73.0% of respondents. Seven in 10 (71.8%) indicated that Trademark Registration Applications (Preparation and Filing) was billed using a fixed fee.
