I Appeal To Caesar!

He is a man with vision, direction and a song in his heart! And . . . now he understands how dead and lifeless the Mountain of the Law in itself is. * * * * * Moving away from Mt. Sinai, Saul encounters the same caravan he had traveled with when he came; it is now passing, returning to Damascus with a load of Egyptian wares. Once again, divine provision! Again, the Arab owner lets him walk with the camels and talk with the cheering camel drivers. Saul does not return to his friends in Petra, but he does send a message by a friend who “happened” to be going into the hidden city as Saul passed by.

“Tell Rabbi Samuel that his friend Saul has been to the Mountain and met God, and he is now going forth to tell the story of Jesus to whosoever will listen!”
