Peter (Acts 2:17 as a fulfillment). It occurs at the beginning of “the Church Age,” to introduce what is sometimes called, “The Era of the Holy Spirit.”

The proper procedure with prophetic gifts is discussed in 1 Corinthians 12-14 and also illustrated in the ministry of Agabus (Acts 11:28; 21:10) and Philip’s daughters (Acts 21:9).
