6) Under no circumstances is the employee or the employee’s designee permitted to add or remove any document or other item from the employee’s personnel file during the inspection. 7) An employee may elect to receive a copy of his or her personnel file. If the employee chooses to receive a copy, he or she shall submit a written request from him or her, or his or her representative and shall pay a charge not to exceed the actual cost of reproduction. A copy will be provided not later than 30 calendar days from the date of the request, unless the employee, or his or her representative, and the employer agree in writing to a date not later than 35 calendar days from the receipt of the written request. 8) Information of a derogatory nature shall not be entered into an employee’s personnel records unless and until the employee is given notice and an opportunity to review and comment on that information. The employee shall have the right to enter, and have attached to any derogatory statement, his or her own comments. The review shall take place during normal business hours and the employee shall be released from duties for this purpose without salary reduction.

9) A non-credentialed employee shall have access to his or her numerical scores obtained as a result of a written examination.
