New Duplex Updates Have you recently driven by the future home of the new year-round affordable housing units? The initial site work has been completed and the crew that has been working on our foundation is nearing the end of their work! Our next steps are to prepare for the modular boxes to be delivered to the island. Our hope is that these boxes will be delivered towards the end of this month. Do you like to paint?
