ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS OF GEORGIA PROPOSES TO FURNISH AND INSTALL THE FOLLOWING SCOPE OF WORK:

INSTALL CRAWL SPACE DRAINAGE 1. Excavate area alongside footing of foundation wall and install geo tech filter fabric for silt 2. Install (110’) pipe and gravel drain system to catch water at the footing level and channel it to a interior drain system. 3. Install discharge line extending to Interior Drain System 4. Remove all work related debris and broom clean. ENAPSULATION 1. Remove any debris that could damage the liner and smooth dirt 2. Seal all vents using foam block insulation 3. Mechanically fasten the liner to the top of foundation wall approximately 4” below framing using termination bar and an elastomeric sealer 4. Install liner to cover all exposed earth , overlap all seams 16”, seal with seam weld and tape the free edge 5. Install a 90 pint per day dehumidifier/air cleaner with discharge line tied into drain system 6. Clean work area and remove all work related debris Notes: Please see attached terms and conditions. Liner carries a 25 year warranty against rips or punctures. Existing outlets to be used for dehumidifier a quote to install a dedicated out let can be provided upon request. This price does not include drainage. Although the area appears to be dry that is not always an indication of future water infiltration. If water infiltration occurs in the future additional work will be required at additional cost required at additional cost.
