FILE GUIDELINES

To effectively reproduce your artwork, we need "ready to use" files The following guidelines are presented to expedite the proofing and production process so you receive the best possible product in a reasonable time frame

• Digital art • Mac or PC

• For all digitally printed art, Pantone® PMS colors will be translated to CMYK colors [some color shifting is normal] • Submit files via our FTP site on our website, UnitedSign com, or provide a CD, DVD, Zip disk or USB flash drive NOTE: For specific colors, please provide the CMYK or PMS values

• Supported File Formats: ai, eps, pdf, psd, cdr, jpg, tiff, dxf, or dwg [zip compressed files accepted] • Vector art with fonts embedded or converted to outlines • Hi-Res bitmap files [must be at least 150 dpi]

LOGO SUBMISSION TIPS • Scan from a high-quality print with at least 600 dpi • Files should be larger than 700KB and smaller than 5MB PLEASE.... • DO NOT fax logos • DO NOT send logos saved from a website or screen graphic • DO NOT use a photo manipulation program to enlarge logos or increase quality • DO NOT scan logos from business cards as they are too small
