Repackaging . We offer our customers the option for their specified adhesives, silicones, epoxies, greases and many other materials to be supplied repackaged into a syringe barrel, cartridge or bottle of their choice. This service removes any time, waste or mess associated with customers filling parts in-house. Parts pre-filled and ready to dispense. All components repackaged are provided with labels containing material safety information, batch codes, shelf life and fill date. This ensures that the ideal filled component arrives in a similar way to the original material manufacturer but in the size and type packaging to help with the application. Single part materials such as grease, silicone, RTV, sealants, adhesives, pastes, fluxes, gels and inks can be supplied in manual syringes, air-powered barrels, air-powered cartridges. Syringes range in sizes from 1cc or 1ml to 100cc or 100ml. Air-powered barrels are in sizes 1cc or 1ml to 500cc or 500ml. Cartridges are available in sizes 75cc or 75ml to 960cc or 960ml. Air powered barrels and pistons are used with manual or pneumatic application equipment. Two-part adhesives such as epoxy resins, potting compounds, polyurethanes and silicones can be supplied pre-filled in dual syringes or cartridges. These are in fixed ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 or 10:1 by volume. And in sizes 3ml, 5ml, 10ml, 25ml, 50ml, 200ml, 400ml and 600ml. They are supplied with static mixer nozzles as part of the kit. For two-part or three-part materials that do not meet the fixed ratios above and can be ANY specified ratio, we can offer the Techkit and Semkit cartridges with materials ready to mix and dispense. The filled kits are blended and mixed then dispensed as a single material. Please ask for a full copy of our terms and conditions. Items purchased by credit card or online are processed securely via SSL merchants. All disposable components that are certified safe for industrial use are those manufactured in a silicone-free facility. Disposable components are designed for single use only and so avoid using under air pressures if they have been recleaned or re-used with solvents or other cleaning agents. Contact us for technical specifications for any dispensing product. You can specify your dispenser to be supplied with any size syringe components. Indicate the size required at the time of order and we will package the correct syringes, pistons and adapter assembly hose with your dispenser. All dispensers come with full set-up instructions and help guide. Robots and other specialist parts can be subject to lead times. Aerosol adhesives cannot be shipped outside the EU. Equipment is covered by Warranty. In the event of a warranty claim, we provide a returns authority (RMA) document. We will replace or repair at our cost subject to a faulty item. Damaged products or misuse are not eligible for warranty status. Prices are subject to change at our discretion without notice. All repackaged components include Material Safety Data Sheets and a Certificate of Confirmity. The options are for us to source and supply the material and the kits or received free-issue materials and just provide the filling service and components.
