To avoid delays for a customer’s order, don’t forget to send a PO after completing payment on a change order. Once the store finalizes the payment with the customer, Home Outlet should send a PO for the updated amount on the change order. The order stays on hold until HAUSPro receives the PO, so it is an important step in keeping things moving smoothly for the customer’s custom countertop project. Sending Over POs
