Bishop Charles Francis Buddy, D.D., Sunday afternoon at Balboa Park, where a mammoth civic reception will be staged in the bishop's honor. Catholic and non-Catholic alike are invited to the reception of the new spilitual leader, who Wednesday was of- ficially installed in his Cathedral by His Excellency, Archbishop John J. Cantwell of Los Angeles.
