ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS OF GEORGIA PROPOSES TO FURNISH AND INSTALL THE FOLLOWING SCOPE OF WORK:
Waterproofing
Structural Repairs
Pressure Grouting
INTERIOR WATERPROOFING SYSTEM
1. Prep area and cover personal possessions with plastic. 2. Remove section of basement floor (slab) to expose footing and install drain. 3. Drill weep holes in block to drain water from wall and into system. 4. Install (92) linear feet of interior sub floor drain system to catch water below the floor level. 5. Install coraplast vapor barrier mechanically fastened and sealed to the foundation above the exterior grade level and sealed at the floor drain flange to catch any leakage through the wall above the floor level and channel any condensation to floor drain. 6. Install one sump system to include: 1/3 horse power sump pump with battery back-up system, elevated sump platform, sealed sump lid, back flow valve, discharge line and high water alarm. Existing electrical outlet to be used. If no outlet is available a dedicated outlet must be installed by others. 7. Install discharge line extending approximately (20) from foundation to a pop up valve. 8. Install inspection ports in system. 9. At exterior door well, Install one sump system to include: 18”X 18” catch basin, 1/3 horse power sump pump, back flow valve, discharge line and high water alarm. Existing electrical outlet to be used. If no outlet is available a dedicated outlet must be installed by others. 10. Install approx. 130’ of gutter extensions for 3 downspouts at left end of home. 11. Remove all work related debris and broom clean. Others to Provide the following
1. Remove and replace all interior finishes as required (Dry Wall, Shower, Trim, Floor Covering, Paint. etc.) 2. Relocate water heater for access to foundation 3. Provide 1 interior and 1 exterior outlet for sump pumps
