Designating the date when the rates set out in said amended section shall take effect. and repealing said original section. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCILMEN OF THE CITY OF PAOLA, KANSAS Section One. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 844 of the Ordinances of the City of Paola, Kansas, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows, to-wit: Section Once.
