New Work on Construction Insurance A welcome new book on Construction Insurance and the Irish Conditions of Contract has been published by the Association of Consulting Engineers in Ireland. The author Dr. Nael Bunni is a former Honorary Secretary of the Association and is well known as the Honorary Secre- tary of the Irish Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Among the topics covered by the book will be: 1. The Need for Insurance. 2. The Nature of the Insurance required under standard Forms of Contract. 3. and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
