As part of this program, Atos has been in filling 65% of its senior positions with its own employees in 2016. The Atos Recruitment Centre of Excellence has a team able to drive cross-country initiatives, global strategies, as well as share and implement the best practices across the function. Key projects in 2016 include the creation of a new recruitment/career website, the implementation of a new recruitment tool (to go live in 2017), and the increased hiring in Atos’ offshore centres across the Americas, Europe, and Asia in order to support the Group growth strategy in these regions.
