We will contact you toward the end of July via email and/or phone to give you an opportunity to choose the company(ies) whose research and development appeal to you most to interview/tour. • You can choose companies from the fact sheets included in your VIP media kit • If you prefer, we can schedule interviews/tours with companies we feel best fit your interests If you cannot attend due to travel restrictions, we hope you will utilize the opportunity to conduct interviews via videoconferencing (limited space) or send a freelancing journalist located near us.
