The future of technology depends on STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) talent with the skills, training and experience to solve big challenges. Excella addresses the STEM skills shortage through our award-winning internship program at our Extension Center (we call it the XC), located at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg. Our students gain hands-on work experience while enhancing Excella’s DC-based client delivery teams’ capabilities and helping us deliver high-quality technology solutions at a lower cost.
