We want you to be completely satis ed with everything you purchase. If you wish to return any item please send it back unworn with all swing tags attached within 28 days. We will be happy to offer a full refund. Please use the returns form and label provided in your parcel. Please call us if you would like to place an exchange order. We regret orders containing sale items are excluded from our free returns offer. We recommend you obtain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for returns that we do not receive. Returns are sent at your own risk. Please note that opened hosiery packs cannot be returned. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please see website for your delivery options. We use Royal Mail to deliver the majority of our parcels. If items are out of stock we will let you know and send these as soon as they are available. You will only be charged as goods are despatched and will not incur extra delivery charges.
