ProSys™ Installation Systems What goes on behind the bathroom wall is as important as what is in front of it. Our ProSys™ pre-wall solutions ensure that every layer works well together. All products in the range are simple to install, with no need for specialist tools. And thanks to our end-to-end quality control and extensive testing, the ProSys™ range will help build your reputation for quality that lasts.

SmartFlush improves hygiene A self-contained refillable system within the cistern that dispenses a small dose of liquid detergent with every flush directly into the flush pipe to mix with water and clean the WC bowl.

SmartValve saves water This special delayed inlet valve saves approximately 0.5 litres of water per flush by only allowing water into the cistern after the outlet valve is closed. Not only does it promote water conservation it is also quiet and has been certified by NF as acoustic Class 1.

Frame: Prosys™ 80 M

SmartForce saves energy This technology removes the need for an electricity supply or batteries to power a no-touch control plate by harnessing the power of flowing water to generate energy.

Designed for quality and reliability

Fire safety All material components used by Ideal Standard to produce our cisterns are rated fire resistance class EI 120 conforming to EN 13502-2:2016.

All of our products are thoroughly lab- tested during development, and undergo stress, endurance, noise and hydraulic testing. We follow strict processes of certification, so that your customers can be confident that our quality meets the highest standards.

European Construction Products Regulation

In accordance with Construction Products Regulation CPR305/2013, all cisterns sold by Ideal Standard are CE marked and produced and tested according to the harmonised product standard EN 14055.

NF certification Our products are tested for NF

certification. This means they have been successfully load tested to the necessary weights i.e. 400kg for the WC frame, and also salt spray tested for 200 hours to ensure they will be corrosion resistant for many years. In addition, our cisterns have been tested for sound protection and certified to class 1 – the highest standard achievable. WRAS Our products are tested according to WRAS requirements to prevent misuse, waste and contamination of drinking water. Flush performance We have tested our WC bowls with our frames and cisterns and can therefore reassure customers that matching the ProSys™ pre-wall range with our WCs will ensure optimum flush performance.

Our warranties are as extensive as our testing, with moving parts and tanks guaranteed for 5 years, frames for 10 years, and spare parts made available for 25 years

Pre-wall installation types

Concealed cisterns For installation in a solid wall that will be brick-lined with a floor-standing toilet. Light frames /encapsulated For installing the cistern in a solid wall that will be brick lined with a wall-hung toilet. Frames For installation in dry-wall as well as solid wall applications. The main advantage of the system is the ease and speed of safely installing a cistern with a wall-hung toilet. Freestanding frames For installation in drywall applications with a wall-hung toilet. The main advantage of the system is the ease and speed of safely installing a concealed cistern with a wall-hung toilet without the need of any type of wall.

That’s why our range of flush plates offers a choice of shapes, colours, functions and materials to meet any design need. You can choose from mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic actuation or even “no touch” (with either capacitive or infrared sensors) for a new level of hygiene and convenience at the wave of a hand. For public washroom environments, we also offer vandal-resistant models.

1 Set the frame to height using the 1m height guide above the finished floor level.

2 Fix the frame to the floor and wall and adjust the EasyFix TM brackets to make sure the frame is level with the wall.

5 Remove and recycle the debris guards, and cut the flush and waste pipes to length, taking into account the wall and bowl depths.

6 Mount the bowl onto the threaded bars. Make sure the bowl is perfectly level. This can be done with the fixing pack provided for exposed bowls, or with wthe concealed fixation provided with the bowl.

3 Connect the frame to the water supply and drainage. Fit the debris guards in place on the pipe and threaded bars.

4 The wall can now be constructed and finished/tiled around the frame. Use the guide provided within the packaging to cut the correct holes. A gap of maximum 5mm must be left around the circumference of the service tunnel.

7 Trim the service tunnel flush to the finished wall.

8 Install the flush plate, following the instructions provided.
