The Nitro is the newest team rope from Cactus, designed in conjunction with Cesar de la Cruz. The Nitro offers heavy- bodied performance in a small, fast package. This four-strand, nylon poly blend rope offers increased tip weight for swing and timing, as well as maximum body for accuracy.

Whistler was the first four-strand head rope to help win a PRCA World Championship (Nick Sartain, 2009). This rope is small, yet incredibly durable for its size. It provides top performance in all weather conditions because of its consistency when roping inside buildings or in windy, outdoor arenas.

The Hypnotic has the honor of being the first four-strand rope made at Cactus Ropes. This heavy- bodied, durable rope provides great performance in all conditions, but its 100% nylon composition means fantastic results in hot weather. The Hypnotic heel rope is smooth and balanced.

Our heaviest, the Amigo, features tall crowns for a four-strand. This produces open loops and a very obvious tip feel. The vivid orange color provides high visibility in a variety of roping conditions. The Amigo is our biggest diameter heel rope. This full-bodied rope is a perfect choice when you’re roping big, strong cattle.

Shock-N-Awe is designed for ropers who like to reach. This is the smallest diameter rope we make. Your loops stay open and then snap shut. It’s a great choice for all weather conditions and gives you an edge when roping little horns. Shock-N-Awe is light weight.

Are you looking for a big rope feel? The Mojo combines traditional performance with updated technology to produce what you’re looking for. It’s our largest diameter head rope that has been lightly blended with poly. The Mojo is our smoothest heel rope .
