Chicken Carcass Rinse Lot 1 - 18 Hour Primary Enrichment

For lot 1 of chicken carcass rinse for the MDA 2 Salmonella method, there were 9 presumptive positives and 9 confirmed positives following the USDA/FSIS MLG 4.08 reference method confirmation procedure. There were 10 observed positives for the reference method. Detailed results of the POD analyses are presented in Tables 10 and 18 of the Appendix.
