Removing brake pads (2/4)

3. Completely remove the pad retainer bar from the caliper.

4. Remove the retainer spring from the pressure plate. NOTE: Brake pad retainer springs are pre-attached. DO NOT REMOVE.

5. Carefully remove the adjuster plug form the caliper. Be careful not to damage the inner seal.

6. Check the adjuster boot for wear and damage. Replace if damaged or worn.
