Mounting caliper to carrier

CONFIDENTIAL

1. Place the caliper on the carrier with guide pins aligned to contact surfaces.

2. Insert a new long guide pin screw through the long guide pin and thread into carrier. Snug screw with wrench.

3. Repeat step 2 for short guide pin screw.

4. Torque the screws into the brake carrier; long screw first.

5. Manually slide the caliper across the entire stroke several times to check ease of movement. If movement is rough or strained, review installation procedure and correct problem.
