September Beacon

The month of September is normally when our summer activities begin to wind down. But not at North Channel. There is still a lot left to do. This month is one of the most important months of the year for our club. Time to pick the direction the club will go in, by choosing a Board and a Rear Commodore. Remember we are all friends; we come together for a common goal, so let’s keep this voting season a good one. Thank you to P/C John Dickson and his committee for all their time and effort in putting together a strong slate of candidates. The commitment is a big one, but it is a great learning experience and very rewarding. Renee and I wish all the candidates who are running the Best of Luck!!!

Let us remember 911 and the wound it left on our United States of America. Take a moment to remember those that lost their lives or had their lives forever changed, those that have served and those that keep us safe. Be safe, boat safe and be thankful for what we have.
