SPIFAN Data Summary

Table 1 includes SPIFAN 1 data for total B 6 collected in 2012. Some of the Pyridoxal and Pyridoxamine data is quite low due to the fact that it is all inherent and some RSDs are quite high for this reason. Per the SMPR for B6 only Total B6 RSDs will need to adhere to the criteria. Tables 2 and 3 are the B 2 and B 1 data for the same samples. Vitamin B 3 was not in scope for this method at that time. Table 4 contains a single days triplicate data collected in 2015 with vitamin B3 included. SRM 1849a was analyzed as well as a few of the SPIFAN 2 matrices.
