KEY FACTS

Ever since its construction in 1982, Roskildevej 157-159 (the Property) has been the Danish head o¢ce of internationally renowned security company, G4S. The Property was expanded and refurbished in 2007-2008, when a large light atrium was constructed to serve as a natural centrepiece for the Property’s three wings. Upon remodelling, the Property has a GLA of 8,630 sqm, laid out as a well-functioning modern o¢ce building with mainly open-floor o¢ce space. The original building comprised the three wings of the current 3-storey building plus basement. The main entrance of the Property faces Roskildevej, where employees and guests on arrival meet a manned ground- floor reception desk providing full security. Apart from reception, canteen area and the atrium, the ground floor holds mainly small o¢ces.
