The Property is located in Holte, a suburban district in the Municipality of Rudersdal on the northern outskirts of Copenhagen. It is situated in an a¼uent, attractive and predominantly residential area, featuring also a number of o¢ce buildings and a hotel, Comwell Holte. The hotel is situated next to the Property. Set in scenic and green suburban surroundings, the Property enjoys a magnificent view of a nature reserve called Vaserne, known for its birdlife. Holte also borders on Rude Forest, Søllerød Nature Park and Geel’s Forest. To the west of the Property, lies the lake of Furesø, Denmark’s deepest lake. The Property benefits from easy access by car from Kongevejen, a major arterial road into Copenhagen and to upmarket residential areas north of Copenhagen. From the Property to the Copenhagen city centre it is a mere 15-minute drive, the distance being some 15 km. The nearest train stations is Birkerød station (3.4 km), which provides S-train services. The Elsinore-bound motorway is a 6-minut drive and the Hillerød-bound motorway an 8-minute drive from the Property. A bus stop is located some minutes from the Property.
