Lease premises

Total GLA of 6,451 sqm. The lease premises comprise 6,008 sqm of office space located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors as well as 340 sqm of storage at basement level (rooms 2, 5, 9 and 10).

Total GLA is 2,577 sqm. The lease premises comprise 2,377 sqm of office space located on the 5th floor and 200 sqm of storage at basement level (rooms 3 and 4).

Lease commencement

The lease had gradual commencement from 1 June 2014 (office) to 1 September 2017 (storage).

The landlord may terminate the lease to expire not later than 10 years after lease commencement plus a 6-month notice period. The basement rooms may be terminated subject to 3 months' notice by both parties."
