1. Click Unlock/Forgot Login ID from the sign in page on bannerbank.com or the mobile app. 2. Click the Forgot Login ID tab. 3. Enter the requested information in all fields. 4. Select either your mobile phone or email address for your Login ID to be sent (you will need to manually type in the phone number or email address after selecting). 5. Click the Continue button. If the information was entered correctly, your Login ID will be sent to your mobile phone or email address.
