Transactions Add External Account

Your private accounts at other financial institutions can be linked to Online Banking so you can transfer money between two banks without ever leaving home! When you go to add another account, you are asked to verify your ownership of that account by confirming two small deposits Banner Bank makes into the external account.

4 In the Transactions tab, click Add External Account . 1. Enter the account number. 2. Select the type of account using “Account Type” drop-down. 3. Enter the financial institution’s routing number. These numbers are located at the bottom of a paper check or deposit slip from your checkbook. 4. At the bottom of the screen, click the Continue button.

In two to three business days, 2 micro-deposits will appear in your external account. Once you receive those deposits, go to the Verify Your Account section of the screen.
